Dog of the Month | Buster

Buster is a foster dog that was rescued from a McDonald’s in Haleyville, Ala. The foster parents have searched extensively for his owners but none have come forward so we believe he may have been dumped there. He jumped in their car willingly and wanted love and attention. He is an indoor dog and does not enjoy being outside alone and can panic if left in a fenced yard by himself. He is a jumper by nature (bred to tree squirrels) and can easily jump a fence if left alone outside for long periods of time. He is an indoor dog, although he enjoys walking on a leash and would likely enjoy being in the country where he could run around. He is GREAT around kids and other dogs and will make a WONDERFUL pet. He does not bark, at all. He whelps/whines when he tries to bark, but even then that’s rare. He does AWESOME with young kids.
